For over 20 years, I have managed profit centers and led complex investment projects, facing daily challenges of high growth, restructuring, or asset negotiation.
My background was built in the field, in general and financial management of structures requiring precision engineering (P&L management, cash flow piloting, complex legal structuring). I have notably orchestrated numerous operations of purchasing and selling high value-added assets, particularly in demanding sectors, universes where valuation rests as much on real estate as on the excellence of the business and human capital.
Why PHE Advisory?
Throughout these operations, I often sat on the buyer's or investor's side. I repeatedly observed the same imbalance: facing over-trained funds or industrials assisted by armies of advisors, SME leaders or founders find themselves tragically alone.
